But it has been nothing but problems .. it is alittle over a year old and it has had 2 hard drives ,a new board 2 new rams a new copy of window and just today a new optical drive.  So I need all the help I can get  .The last time I was online with the tech he was configuring my optical drive to figure out if I needed a replacement . Well he installed a software and licensed it and it was helpful to us on that day. Well he ended up setting up the  appointment to  replacementthe optical drive  and  the tech to come by  today to  replace it , BUT when I left the room to get some cd to test  if the drive worked he deleted the software That :emotion-12: the online tech gave me ???I am very upset. What is that? it should be illegal. It was none of his business . He should have stuck to the job he was intended on and not the software on MY laptop or should have said I should delete but he took it upon himself to mess with what was mine.
