Outlook 2003 Not Responding

For some reason that I cannot decipher Outlook 2003 has just stopped responding.  Have tried using the "Detect and Repair" option under the Help option.  No results.  Have Office Professional 2003 and Word and Excel working just fine.  When I call up Outlook 2003, it loads and then just does nothing.  After a few seconds I fet a "not responding" message on the Title bar.

Any recommendations on how to fix appreciated.

Running Windows XP Professional on DEll 8300 with 2.0 Meg RAM.

Thanks

Temporarily disable your anti-virus software (especially if you have Norton) and see if it works.

Using Microsoft Live One Care.  Was working fine just couple days ago and I do not think I made any changes to anything.  However, I must have done something!

    Hi,
I am running Internet Explorer 3 and the same thing happened to me. I keep getting the Bad Blue "I" message. Started happening a couple of days ago. I have a Dell Optiplex GX 620 and am running the Avast virus detector program. I paused the Avast program and it does not seem to make much difference. Does Dell also have their own independent virus protection program I would have to disable too? Tks for your help.
