Hi    I need to open pps presentations sent by customers and although I have downloaded the PowerPoint reader 2003 several times I am still unable to open the presentations. When I click the open box I get the message  ' This file does not have a program association with it for performing this task. Create an association in the Folder Option control panel'.  What am I doing wrong.
