WordPerfect / Microsoft Word: Original Template

The starting screen fills 1/3 of the work area with blue blank spaces on the right and left.  I can't move margins right or left.  How can I get back to original full page work area?

    Which do you have WordPerfect or Microsoft Word?

    It's WordPerfect 12 with ability to use Microsoft Word in regular or legal formats.  The template is the same in all.
