3100MP Image problem
When I turn on the unit I only get a display of multicolored vertical lines. Inputs connected to my notebook or other (DVI, RGB, or S-Video) video source get the same result. Nothing happens when I press the Source, R-Sync, Menu or any other button. Is the unit bad??? Or is it hopefully something simple that I am missing. Followed all the troubleshooting guide instructions but no help there.

I am unable to get to the OSD screen in order to do a reset. No matter what I have connected to the unit, I get vertical multicolored lines.88

Get it replaced.
* Go here:
http://support.dell.com/support/index.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs
* On the right, put your mouse onto Contact Us (Don't click on it)
* Slide down and click on either Chat With Us or E-mail Us
* Provide them with the following information -
Name
Current Address
Phone number
Email Address
Projector Service tag number
