Cannot show picture on D600 and projector at same time

I use a Latitude D600 for presentations at work and all has been good, but last week I could not have a picture on both the laptop and projector at the same time.
 
I used the FN+F8 keys to toggle between displays and you only got the picture on either projector or laptop, never both.
 
I tested projector with another D600 and worked fine.  Then tested the orginal D600 with another projector and same thing happens, no picture on both laptop and projector.
 
Any ideas?

    This is probably related to your video driver. Have you updated the video driver on the system? If not, here is the link R113575. Once you've saved it to your desktop go to add/remove programs and remove the current driver then install this one.
