My Dell 1720dn printer's "Paper Jam" light is on. I have thoroughly checked (with a flashlight) the front and back of the printer for any jammed paper, and have not found any. Is it possible there is a problem with the light's sensor? With this light on, it is not allowing me to print.

Please advise on any suggested courses of action. Thank you.
