Hey guys, hope I can get some help here. I have inherited a 4100mp and it doesn't seem to work. It powers up fine, will display a signal fine but doesn't react to anything from the remote control. Not only that, when I hit the OSD button on the projector, nothing happens. The only button on the actual projector that gives a response is the power button, nothing happens when I press any of the rest of them. Has anyone got any idea's on what the issue could be or how to fix it? Is there a hard reset I can do? Or firmware upgrade, etc? Thanks! - S
