Transfer ownership...
I bought a second hand projector, and I tried to transfer the ownership of it.
However I couldn't transfer the ownership because I have no information about the previous owner.
I have tried to contact the project seller many times, but I couldn't.
Please let me know what should I do to transfer the ownership.
