    Hi there,

    Do you have blue or red explamation marks that indicate the index to be "corrupt"?

    For red ones, they should be indexed from EmailXtender Administrator by using "Re-index Corrupt Indexes only".

    Have you tried using HealthCheck for this (only for index marked blue)?
    -> Let the index display
    -> Load it
    -> Verifiy it
    If you see that there a fewer messaged indexed than archived, then try Rebuild Index.

    From HealthCheck, only the missing messages are indexed. There are put into the folder EmailVault_Index\DropDir on your Index partition. Unfortunately, this is taking some time.

    Afterwards, the folders are greyed out:
    -> Load it (if they don't show up correct)
    -> Verify it

    This should do the trick.

    Regards,
    Jochen.
