I try to copy music tracks from my C drive onto a CD-RW using the Roxio Create CD.  Everything goes fine until I click finalize and it goes through it's 2 minute process and then stays with the 100% complete message forever.  It eventally has to be stopped because it never goes anywhere, and never finalizes.  My burner drive recognizes that there is music there, but no music is played on the newly 'burned' CD.  I have also tried copying some cds and have the same results.  I have Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 Basic.  The burner came preinstalled with the computer in 2001.  I have a Dimension 4500S, Windows XP Home Edition.  There is more than enough disk space on my system, so I know that I do not have an overloaded system.  The burner worked just fine until a few weeks ago.  Then, every other one would do this to me.  Now, every CD is not working and all of my CD-Rs are useless.  This is costing me a lot of money!

I know a lot of people are having this problem, but I am not very computer savvy and cannot seem to grasp all of the things people are saying to try.
