Can someone please help me. I have lost the drivers for ny 2 CDROM DVDs. I finally found the drivers and downloaded them but i do not know what to do. I cannot see my 2 drives in my computer .
If you are getting Code errors, 19, 31, 39, 41, etc; then the issue is more than likely the Upper & Lower Filters. Click on the CD/RW link in my post and scroll to Section 12, article 10 (Ignore the reference to Roxio). If this does not help, same CD/RW link; Section 20, article 3; Section 11, article 2. Reloading the IDE controller and Clearing the NVRAM.
