I just installed my new Dell XPS 410. This came with Roxio Creator Plus installed. I have not tried to record yet, but have a question. Almost 2 years ago, I purchased a full version of Roxio Media Creator 7.1. It has worked perfectly for me and I understand how to use it.

Is there any reason to use the Dell version, or would it be acceptable to uninstall this and install the full purchased Creator 7? It is not the newest version, but does everything and more than I need.

Your input would be appreciated.
