dell supportassist does not load

I am unable to load and run supportassist on my dell XPS 15 laptop.  I tried uninstall/reinstall, but it still does not load.  My system is under warrantee.

    Hi @ckausch 

    Please tell which version of SupportAssist is installed on your system and try below steps and see if you are able to launch SupportAssist.

    • Open command prompt as admin
    • Run  cd C:\Program Files\DELL\SupportAssistAgent\bin
    • SupportAssistUI.exe launch
