IT Assistant 7.2 - 'Unknown' Servers with RedHat ES 4
I have been trying to monitoring some Linux servers(RHES4) with ITA 7.2 with no success.
First i install Server Administrator 4.5 on those machines.
Everything fine, since i can access them with 'https://IP:1311.
I can see all relevant information about it.
Next, i install ITA 7.2 on a workstation and configure SNMP.
When i schedule a Discovey/Inventory, those Linux machines appear as 'UNKNOWN'.
I run the troubleshooting tool and all the tests runs fine, including SNMP Connectivity.
Any ideias to solve this ?
Thanks.

Add the line to snmpd.conf and make a new discovery/inventory in ITA.
It works fine.
Good weekend.
