Make sure it is enabled in the BIOS, then check in the control panel applet "Devices and Printers" to see if it is present. If not, make sure you have the latest software for the webcam installed from support.dell.com.

Hi paquet01,

Please follow the below mentioned steps to start the Webcam Central.

Click Start

Click All Programs

Click Dell Webcam

Click Webcam Central to start the program.

Please reply for any further help.
