I have tried everything I have read online to reset my password (including buying a password reset program) and nothing works. I have researched how to do a factory reset and everything says to press F8 which is not a choice. I can get to boot options by pressing F12 (by using a keyboard in the one USB port), but repairing tablet is not a choice (at least that I have been able to find). I have not been able to use this tablet in months, and would like to start using it again.
