Unisphere new Site ID

I have been given a new Site ID for our Unity as this was the only way to change our stie address. How do I now change this in Unisphere so our Unity reports correctly to ESRS and CloudIQ? There does not seem any way in ESRS configuration to change "system information" under the "Constomer Contact Data". Can I run the initial Wizard again?

    Hi pfreeland,

    The first step is to open an SR so that the IB group / eServices updates your records.

    The array and your account both need to be associated with the new site ID.

    Once this is done, ESRS may need to be reconfigured with the new site ID.

    But this (forums) is not the correct channel for this.

    If the first step was done already and ESRS / CloudIQ is not working as they should, please open a service request for Tech Support to check on what will need to be changed on the system.
