VNX5200 DPE SPs configuration

hi ,

i am using a vnx5200 dpe and i am facing problems to configure the SPB.

the adress MAC is giving 00:00:00:00:00:00

the SPA is working and i cannot login by unisphere service manager, only by https://SPA address

any ideas

You could try going to:

https://SPA_IP/setup - this should show you what SPB is set to

Is this a new implementation for this array? Was SPB ever working? Do you have the correct JAVA version installed? Try uninstalling all JAVA and just install 1.7.51 (make sure you set to never update). You could also try using Unisphere Service Manager (USM) and see if you can log into SPA or SPB that way.
