Just today my computer decided to start freezing randomly.

I did a virus scan (AVG 9.0) and it came up with 3 cases of Trojans, AVG than got rid of them. It also came up with like 10 runtime mew things. I'm not real sure what those were.

I downloaded CCleaner and Anti-Malware but i have yet to be able to get a full run through either of them. The computer just freezes when i open anything up.

I start up the computer and there is at least 80 Processes running which is no normal, and my System seems to be running at a higher usage than normal.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions, because at this point im ready to format my drive and start all over. I would rather not, because of the network i have set up for my family and some of the stuff i have on there, which isn't really too much, but it's just a hassle to start fresh.

Also if I have to is there anyway i can just put my network setup on a flash drive or something so i don't have to redo it all over?
