I think i found a malware
i have dell G3 3500.I don't know somehow my laptop is infected by a malware.I ran a McAfee full Scan but can't found any malware but then i ran McAfee getsups.exe and it says C:/windows/System32/gamingtcuihelpers.dll is suspicious.So, i deleted it but it appearing again on restart. I asked many peoples who i know that is there any file like gamingtcuihelpers.dll in there System32 folder and all said no they don't have.And So, i was fed up of it and reset my windows to factory state through supportAssistOS recovery tool but that file is still there in my laptop.Someone please help me with it . I am fed up of it now and to remove it.Please help me as soon as possible

Install a copy of Malwarebytes -- the free version will do fine. Then run a deep scan and clean.
This is likely a false positive from McAfee.

Now,Laptop works properly and i talked about it to McAfee virus removal team they said you are malware and virus free and they checked that file on VirusTotal website which also says it is virus free.Should i consider now as virus free?

What are your other choices, aside from assuming your PC is virus-free?
You said you deleted it but it keeps re-appearing so it's always going to be there.
FWIW, I have that file on my Win 10 desktop too. It was last updated on my PC in Oct'2021 via Windows Update. And there are copies of it in several different folders. If Windows Update installed it, we have to assume it's not malware.

Can you please tell me in which folders that file exists.Please tell me all paths that would help me to think everything is okay.Please help.

Did you do a search to see where all copies of gamingtcuihelpers.dll are, in addition to \system32? And did you read this about using SHA-256, which can help identify a safe/unsafe file?
Don't know if this will help because you have a laptop and mine is a desktop. I'm running Win 10 Pro 21H2, but you didn't say if you're running Win 10 or Win 11, which may make a difference. I don't have it in /system32.

I am windows 10 Home single language 21H2 with all latest updates installed. My friend who has Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3 also has that file.I think that file is from May cummulative update.

Already run malware byte free version and it also didn't find anything
