In the Home tab of vCenter select the VSI icon. What do you see listed in your array panes? What type of array are you using? For many types you will need to establish a connection to a Solutions Enabler server with access to the target arrays and perform a discover from within the VSI home tab.

So just as an FYI - VSI is fully supported by EMC so when in doubt, call into Service and open up a ticket and they can help you resolve the issue.

With that said - i had a customer with a similiar issue.  Service WebEx'd into their system and removed the array credentials and re-added them.  That fixed the issue.  At the time the customer wasn't able to view any array information and once they removed/re-added in the array info and credentials everything seemed to get resolved.  You might try that?

    From the latest release notes:

The CLARiiON must meet the following system requirements:

Have minimum FLARE software version 04.29 installed. To obtain the required software, contact EMC Customer Support as described in Troubleshooting and getting help.

Have minimum Navisphere Secure CLI version 7.30 installed on the vSphere Client host.
