Hi,

   I just finished re-imaging my EMC Storage for both SPA and SPB.  My system took a power hit and I cannot access the service ports.

I know that the IP addresses are 128.221.1.252 and 253.  But I cannot ping them.  I have everything setup correctly.  Using the maintenance service port on both SPA and SPB. Both connected to my switch.  I have a laptop that using .250 ip address mask 255.255.255.0 also connected to my switch.   Before the power hit, I was able to access the EMC storage using IPMI tool.

Any help is much appreciated.
