VNX 5300 offline pool problem

We have recently moved one VNX5300 along with its DAE to another rack, once it was powered up, the main storage POOL went offline, and all the LUNs under it can’t be deleted, as per below snapshot, thanks to support deleting it by any mean to create new storage pool

    Hi Muhammed,

    Pools and Pool LUNs (both Thick and Thin) can be offline for many different reasons. Determine from the logs why LUNs are offline before attempting recovery. Running a recovery instead of resolving a memory leak, for example, can increase Time to Recovery.

    Only the  EMC Unified Recovery Team  (via escalation from Technical Support) may perform a recovery operation.

    Please contact EMC Support Team for further assistance on this issue.

    Any customer can open an SR – if it doent work via the web you can always call customer service via phone
