I decided to blow out my settings and create a new cloud group after it told me that I had no applications when accessing the web portal. I deleted the desktops that were running and changed the number of running desktops from 4 to 2 and set max to 10, but I can't get them to start on Hyper-V. When I login to the web access site and click on the icon it tells me "The computer is not available at this time."
