VxRail expansion

Hi

We have g-series 4 nodes VxRail Appliance. Recently we have received new node (E560F).

Before add new node we have updated vxrail cluster to version 4.5.212. After update all working well but on Dashboard screen I see "Unable to retrieve expansion information. Try refreshing your browser."

Now I have powered on new node and the same message on Dashboard screen: "Unable to retrieve expansion information. Try refreshing your browser."

How I can fix this issue?

    Please open a service request with VxRail Remote Support.

    Hi Sebur,

    I'd go with:

    - RASR upgrade (re-image) of the new node to 4.5.212 first (you need someone with access to support pages)

    - go with cluster expansion
