I am trying to add new VXRAIl node to the Exsiting cluster but i got these errors.

Any thoughts please!

component bmc version 3.36.36.36 is incompatible with compatible version 3.34.34.34.Node 

 component bios version 2.4.8 is incompatible with compatible version 2.2.11.

 component nic version 19.0.12 is incompatible with compatible version 18.8.9.

 component backplane version 2.46 is incompatible with compatible version 2.41.

 component boss version 2.5.13.3022 is incompatible with compatible version 2.5.13.3020.
