Advanced System Errors Messages
Can someone please help me with the following error messages. I pretty much get the same errors each time I log on to my computer. (Please note that the errors listed came up together when I logged on). There are just too many to ignore, and there has to be a problem when I get so many errors. I have pasted the ones from today below. The last one said to contact Microsoft Product Support Services, which I did and they referred me back to DELL.
Service Control Manager The IPSEC Services service terminated with the following error: The attempted operation is not supported for the type of object referenced.
Service Control Manager The Fax service hung on starting.

Telephony Status is "started," startup type is "manual"
Fax Status is "blank" and startup type is "automatic"
I got the following from the Event Viewer:
Event ID: 4609 -- Source: Event System
Event ID: 2004 -- Source: PerfNet
Event ID: 1000 -- Source: MSN Reporting

Control Panel / Performance and Maintenance / Admin Tools / Event Viewer / System.
Look for "Red" errors. Double click on error.
If there are a lot, some of them will be duplicates so just post one of each.
Take a note of the Event ID and also the Source and post them back.
