Backup OS disk How?

Hello;

How do I back up my OS using the instructions located at this link?
< ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>

Following the instructions I click on ALL PROGRAMS but then NO "Dell Accessories" can be found?  I have gone thru all my Dell disks and if it ever existed then I've lost the disk.

thanks

    If you cannot find it, or its now gone for good for some unknown reason, call tech support to report this and they will send out a OS cd for your system.  On a Gen 5 system, they would have sent the CD, and other systems you have to burn one to a CD-r.... Don't know which system you got.

    Dim 4400
    2.6 Ghz 400 FSB
    1 Gb 2100 DDR Memory
    20 Gb hard drive 7,200
    Windows XP Home - SP-2
    Leadtek 6600 GT ( AGP ) video
    48xCDRW
    17 LCD ( 1703 FP )
    250 watt power supply

    Dell Accessories is not a disk. It's a program on the Start Menu. If you don't have it and it's a new computer, call Dell and let them know.

    Right.  Pay $10 up front or call/chat/email to get one for free after.
