Blue screen error 0x0000007E
I have a Dimension 8200 with Win XP Pro SP2. I left my PC running for 3 weeks while I was on vacation. When I returned, all appeared OK for 2-3 hours, and then I decided to reboot. During reboot, have blue screen error 0x0000007E followed by addresses as follows: (0xC00000005,0xF8CAE6B2,0xF8C4CFC4,0xF8C4CCC0). Sometimes, get : (0xC00000005,0xF8CD26B2,0xF8C50FC4,0xF8C50CC0). At one point, I also got page_fault_in_nonpaged_area with STOP: 0x00000050 (0x8377052E,0x00000000,0xF8CF26B2,0x00000000).
All 4 lights on back of pc are green. I can reboot in safe mode OK.
I have windows update turned on, so it is probable that some updates were applied during the 3 weeks while I was away. I wanted to try restoring back to before I went on vacation, but I only had the past 3 days worth of restore points to choose from.
Any ideas on where to start looking for a problem?

You can put either of these free programs on a floppy and test the RAM
