cannot delete

I just flashed the BIOS on the XPS GEN 2 and cannot delete the install file. (After restarting) It says that it is being used by another person or program...
(The IXPS2A03 file is stuck on my desktop)

    It is a very handy program for files which don`t want to leave. :smileyhappy:

    The WhoLockMe program worked. It said windows explorer was using it for some reason so I killed the process through the program and deleted the file. Thanks!

    Hi,
     
    Try deleting it from Safe Mode.
     
    If that does not work here are a couple of programs to help
     

    Find out what is locking the file
