Error message regarding downloaded files
My wife has been trying to view a jpeg file which was sent to her. She downloaded the file but when she tried to open she gets an error message.
C:\DOCUME~1\Linda\LOCALS~1\Temp\th_pictures10056-3.jpg could not be opened, because an unknown error occurred.
She also told me that she can download a PDF but can't view as it looks like computer language. I've tried downloading the same file on another computer and had no problem. I think it's Quicktime for Windows. Is there a way for me to check this out?

Aloha,
Once in a while I get the same issue, my message comes up saying the format is unreadable. The jpegs in question are from Japan (90% of the time I can get the pic) and taken from a digital camera. I'm wondering if the camera has some type of "regional" coding? Never heard of this for jegs.
