help !! control panel ( reply to denny)

I ran sfc /scannow - it went thru it did not ask for windows xp cd. i tried to got to control panel / user accounts and still the same message box came up ( this system cannot find the file specified )
is there anything else i can do

    Start, then Search for mshta.exe file from the C: drive. If found, copy and paste it to C:\Windows\System32 folder.

    Or, extract it from your XP CD.

    twinboys,

    Place the XP reinstallation CD in the CD-ROM drive then go to Start|Run, enter cmd and click OK. At the command prompt enter the following, substituting the letter of your CD-ROM drive for X:

    expand x:\i386\nusrmgr.cp_ c:\windows\system32\nusrmgr.cpl

    and press . There is a space between cp_ and c:.
