Help ! My Desktop Screen is sideways!

Hey. I dont know if anyone else has ever had this problem , but my main screen/Desktop is turned sideways. I havent a clue how to fix it and make it normal again, and for the meantime, my head is turned sideways while Im typing. Its pretty difficult. SO, if anyone knows how to change the settings back to the normal view PLEASE let me know !!! Thanks !

    Right click on desktop.
    Left click graphics options - graphics - left click normal.

    works for me - good luck.Mac.

    Alternatively, try Ctrl-Alt-Up arrow.
