I recently purchased a Dimension E521, including the Datasafe software, paid extra for that.  It came with Norton Ghost 10.0.  At the time, I didn't know that Datasafe needs the Norton Ghost software to do the backups.  Maybe I'm naive.  However, now I come to find out that the Norton Ghost software seems to be only a Trial version.  It tells me that it has expired.  I think that stinks.  On my PC invoice, it didn't say that it was a trial version.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I sent an email to customer service and they just say that you need to purchase Norton Ghost.
