JavaScript Enable???

I have a problem entering a game site. It is telling me that my javascript is not enabled. I have checked security settings and advanced settings, everything I know to check is enabled. What am I missing can anyone help????

    Make sure the site isn't in your "Restricted" Zone in IE internet options--Security--Restricted Sites.

    I checked thos areas, there is nothing in them. I have contacted two dell tech reps and no one seems to be able to tell me what to do. I extracted "sunJava" from my resource CD and it still does not work. Can I remove IE and reinstall to correct this. If so does anyone know how??? Thanks
