To begin, I have a dell dem 5150/e510 desktop running windows xp mce 2005 that i purchased in 2005, set it up everything works great.

now about 4 months ago i had to restore it ( back to original settings when i bought it) after it restored to factory settings, i did all updates including sp3, still everything works fine. now heres where the problem comes in at. I have been using media center for ever since i had it, but i havent use it since i did a factory restore, decided to start recording shows so i can put them on dvds.

1) insert dvd to start it copying, but i get this box that states "cant add copy protected files to this disk" or something like cant add copy protected files without license,  so now im stuck, what do i need to do now? I never had this problem before

I must have to update the license but where is it at.  any help please thank you
