Microsoft program: Remote Desktop Connection
I have a Dell Optiplex 745 as my home office base computer running Vista. When not at my home office I connect to it using Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection on my Dell Studio laptop running Vista also. No problems connecting and working, but after I return to my office computer (Optiplex 745) I cannot bring the monitor back up without doing a hard boot. I do have the monitor on power save to turn off after 10 minutes of non-use. I have tried turning off the power save option and this does seem to be a solution, but I do not want to leave my monitor on all the time.
There seems to be a conflict with the power save option being turned on? So far I have not been able to find any IT person that has a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You.

I have the same problem with the monitor on a 745. I've resorted to turning off the monitor when I leave the office for the day.
