Question.......

If a person were to install their upgrade Vista Home Premium on the Dell computer that the upgrade were valid for.... and then also on the Dell computer that was purchased just before the Vista upgrade programme began.... what would happen? and would this be possible? Would it mean having tell MS that it was a 'transfer' to a new computer for activation purposes? would there be any future issues?

I know that the above is not allowed, but I am just interested to know if it is technically possible for research purposes.
