My brother bought a new computer. I hooked up his printer and installed the drivers from Xp's drivers. Now every time he selects print it opens a window to Save the file instead of print. Any ideas?
What type of printer, and is it installed as the
default printer? Recheck your printer settings, you should only have one listed. If you have more than one listed, you have to set which one will be the default printer.
