UNSOLVED
Problem has been detected /windows has shut down
Put in Vista dell dim E310. Had XP in there now installed Vista premium. Worked fine went to startup get A PROBLEM HAS BEEN DETECTED AND WINDOWS HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER. Also the following numbers:
0x0000007B ((OX80604BA0,0xc0000034, 0x00000000,0x00000000)
How can I get into my computer and what does this all mean. HELP ASAP

what does this all mean.
