For some unknown reason I recently began to receive the above error message on a small popup window that cannot not be deleted. It appears continually. I can still operate my computer normally and does not appear to interfer with any functions but just its existance "bugs me" (no pun intended).

I've tried every sleezy trick I know but it persists. Oh yes, the file C:\Windows\TEMP does exist so I can't firgure why this is happening. Every type of disc cleaning and virus checks with three different programs has not solved the problem.  Any help, suggestions or ideas will be appreciated.
