Problems with Vista Easy Transfer...
i'm trying to move my files and settings over from my old xp machine to my new vista ulitmate pc. when i try to move my files (mostly music, say 30gb in total) i get a fat32 compatibility error message. when i move a small block of settings over it seems to work fine. i'm using a western digital usb 2.0 external hd with 200gb of free space for the transfer so it's not a capacity issue. how can i get my large files over without doing it manually? also, a minor question. how can i migrate my firefox bookmarks over, either manually or using the easy transfer tool? thx.

Not sure about the fat32 problem, but one way to avoid bookmark synch problems is to use Foxmarks. It saves all your bookmarks online automatically so your bookmarks are the same on every pc you use.keyboard_monkey

http://www.foxmarks.com/- I'm not sure why FAT32 does not work because it should be able to handle the file size, but I had the same issue with the transfer. The NTFS drive had no issues completing WET. Maybe you can combine 2 drives so that you use the other one as scratch drive. FAT32 is only needed if you have a MAC to backup.
