Yes, I have recently purchased a Dimension E310. When i first booted it up out of box, it seemed like it was working. After a few seconds, windows disappeared. I opened up task manager, and saw there Explorer.exe was not running. I was still able to open and run programs through task manager. I can boot up the computer in Safe Mode, and the probIem doesnt occur, so im lost. I was wondering what a solution would be, and if it was still possible to purchase a reinstall disc for it.
