I have a Dell Inspiron 5100 with Windows XP...When I right click on the screen and try to open properties, nothing happens.  I have also tried to enter the longer way by going to control panel and clicking on appearance and themes.  However once I get to this point I I cannot open anything.  How can I fix this to change my screen saver and/ or background image?
