www.newegg.com/vista/ they have OEM copies of Vista for sale. Basically it's a cheaper version of Vista which allows you to install it on a 'new' computer. Vista will not come in fancy packaging, and you are not allowed to transfer the software ever to another user but it is the exact same Vista you get at any other store but much cheaper.
Don't forget no one will support an oem version--not MS or Dell. No instructions in the package either--just a bare disk. Plenty of instructions online, however. And as long your computers have an eligible operating system installed--XP or 2000 pro, you can use the upgrade disks and don't need the full license. If your other computers don't have xp and upgraded hardware, you should not upgrade to Vista anyway. Use the Windows Upgrade Advisor on every machine to find out if you should upgrade.
