replacement os cds

All together my mom, my sister, and I have 6 dell desktops and laptops with xp on them.  When I asked my mom for the os cd for a computer she came up with 1 sp1 disk from probably the oldest computer and that's it.  Then I was trying to reinstall xp on my sister's laptop and it would not boot the cd that came with it and that cd could not be read on any other computer.  I also couldn't install from the 1 disk I had because it's sp1 and I get a pci.sys error.  I managed to get another xp cd from someone but it's a pain having to find all the drivers and I still don't have the wireless card working.  Is it possible to get replacement cds for all these computers (oldest one being about 5years) and does it cost anything?

You can try here to get the operating system discs, etc. You will need your service tag which is found on the side of a desktop and on the bottom of a laptop. If you have not made this request before there should be no charge.

If any of the computer is still under warranty, call Dell, ask for the cd.

McSteamy, The link to request the OS CD's and driver CD is now working. It was down for awhile.
