I ran CCleaner and all files are cleaned but:
If i go to internet properties and try to "delete files" I get the same error message. What do you think?

Well, I think you still infected with malware or some thing

I'm using Avery useful tools, it helps me so much

iPMS - iSergiwa Portable Malware Scanner

    What does this tool do?
iPMS removes several malware (to view a list of them click TARGETS button). It removes them from all your hard drives, network drives, floppy disks and USB flash disks (removable media must be write enabled during the scan process).

    How to use it?
To do a full scan, start your computer in safe mode and run iPMS then click START. To scan individual objects (drives, folders..) click install, this will add an item to the explorer context menu called "Scan with iPMS". Use this item whenever you need to scan individual object

    Download

    and try this 1 too

    Download

    Good luck

ipms helped (found one problem)but now when I close internet properties (by clicking ok) the program freezes.
Rundll32.exe not responding.then says: you chose to end the nonresponsive program,Run a DLL as a App.

The second program you recomemded will not run.
