unistall error message
I have a program called agent office. I am trying to uninstall it and then reinstall the program. when I try to uninstall the program I get a message "severe missing or invalid data directory" . when I hit OK another message comes up "setup could not be completed due to errors" Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Two things I can think of.
1. Go to the website of the software maker and see if they have directions for manual removal.
2. Reinstall the software on top itself. This may replace the damaged files. Then try uninstalling if you wish.
