volume

hello,
i have updated my system from windows 8 to 8.1
since then i have a volume problem.
iff i change the volume with the keyboard buttons it changes the volume with 4% instead of 2%
i tried renew the drivers but it didn't work.
any ideas?

    Hi slekke,

    I would like to know if you are using Fn + F11 to decrease and Fn + F12 to increase the volume.

    Please update quickset application from the link below:

    Restart the system after the update. Let me know the status after the update.

    Thanks for the fast and direct solution.
    Yes i use the Fn + F11 to decrease and Fn + F12 to increase the volume.
    I already tried to update the drivers but unsuccessfully this far until you gave me this link.
